DESCRIPTION:  \nIt is almost time for RoboHouse’s yearly valorisation event Robots in Business. They have now an open call for the Demo Market. As a researcher or a start-up you can participate and show your innovation during the event. \nThe goal of the event is to connect business and science to address actual challenges around physical work and robotics. This year the event focuses on robotic research and innovation in the following sectors: wind energy\, construction\, offshore maritime and horticulture. \nThe event contains: \n\nKeynote speakers on corporate board level\nBreak-outs per 4 sectors\nLive demos of TRL 2-3-4 robotics technology\nNetworking with drinks\n200 participating companies (230 visitors in 2023)\n\nSee the Robots in Business 2023 after movie to get an idea. \nWhy participate?\n\nShowcase your work with ample opportunity to collect industry feedback on your research outcomes\nConnect with companies and network organisations to identify further research opportunities and to form new alliances for grants\, including:\n\nMaritime -NMT “Wharf of the future”\nBouwend Nederland (the Dutch construction branch organisation) with a focus on supporting workers on the construction site\nBranch organisation for offshore energy supply (IRO) with a focus on offshore wind robotics\nNXTGEN Hightech Agri with a focus on fleet management & operability in horticulture\nA large number of corporates and SME’s with a wide variety of challenges in physical work\n\n\n\nHow can I participate?\n\nShow a demo of robotics technology of any scope (can be a robot or sense/think/act function that is part of a robot) at the demo market.
